A committed steward to the positive, transformative power of empathy, Michael offers leaders and teams thoughtful ways to practice empathy and catalyze change. He is a beloved collaborator and advisor to Others Unlimited, and in fact gave us our name!

  • Steffon Isaac - Unconscious Bias

    Steffon Isaac, the Founder of The CLU Studio, is a dynamic speaker and DE&I expert who has dedicated his career to creating more inclusive and equitable workplaces. The CLU Studio develops trainings and innovative games that address unconscious bias in organizations, helping individuals to address their own biases in a fun and interactive way. With a focus on unconscious bias, Steffon uses his extensive knowledge and research-backed insights to educate and inspire audiences to create a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment.

  • Lindsay Binette - Neurodiversity

    Lindsay is an ADHD Coach and voice for neurodivergent thinkers. Her personal journey with ADHD evolved into a passion for neurodiversity support, education, and advocacy. Lindsay specializes in working with adult women and men as part of her coaching practice. She collaborates with her clients to learn about neurodiversity and encourages them to build long-term, sustainable ADHD management strategies. Lindsay advises companies of all sizes to educate on neurodiversity and weave ND into core company values for a more inclusive workplace and authentic company culture.

  • Nihal Ahmed - Self-Discovery

    Nihal Ahmed helps people live their best lives. Through his organization, Limitless Institute, he's built an academy in Africa, a wellbeing fellowship for social entrepreneurs, festivals for creative communities, and models for sustainable villages in Punjab. He's the creator of Ikiguide - A deeply enriching deck of cards, workshops, and experiences filled with insightful questions and rewarding tasks to help individuals and teams find their purpose. Nihal serves as an advisor and collaborator with Others, contributing to projects which focus on self-discovery and human-centered experience design.

  • Esther Thomas - Strategy

    Esther is a strategist and researcher focused on helping brands become better people. With a career spanning deep research & insights, analytics, brand, and communications strategy, Esther brings curiosity and rigor to guide brands to cultivate a deeper sense of purpose, ambition and relationships with others. She has developed and executed insight-led approaches and led teams to address clients’ most complex business challenges for brands including Nike, Google, Harley-Davidson, Amazon, as well as a range of small businesses, nonprofits and charities.

  • Ricky Catto - Innovation

    Innovator, fabricator, and multi-disciplinary explorer, Ricky Catto's motto is “If it ain’t broke....take it apart to find out why not.” This curiosity has inspired them to explore a huge range of industries and opportunities, borrowing learnings from these experiences and using them for insights in new projects. If there is a way to make the world a better place for the beautiful people who live here, Ricky is going to find it and fight to make it real. Ricky joins the Others team as a researcher, ideator, prototyper, and perspective-maker.

  • Gage Salzano - Design

    Gage Salzano is a graphic designer & visual communicator that helps small businesses and non-profits imagine their brand identities, website designs, print publications, signage/way-finding and any other way of saying what they’re trying to say. Gage likes to bring the handmade/organic in the the digital realm, by starting every concept from a paper sketch and often (as in the case of the Others’ branding!) using the client’s actual hand lettering, notes or illustration as elements. In the past 15 years has worked for lots of companies including Google, Square, Glassdoor, Trunk Club, YouTube, CBRE, Del Monte, Heinz, and Nestle. He works under the name Studio Apt.

  • Lori Talley - Technology

    Lori Talley is a veteran in bringing together creativity and technology; from early internet arts and coding projects to enterprise websites to immersive experiences that can be made possible through VR, AR and XR. Lori has produced bold digital campaigns for Panera Bread, Cetaphil, and Porsche, to name only a few. Lori is the founder of PistolCo, a curated group of digital and experiential creative production shops who match ambitious ideas to the right talents to realize them. Lori serves as a trusted advisor to Others, keeping us up to date as technology evolves.

  • Nick Hahn - Design Systems

    Nick Hahn is a design strategist, investigator, facilitator, and the founder of Creative Liberation, a coaching and design consultancy. He’s spent 20 years riding the rise of the Design industry through agencies and inhouse at IBM, InVision, and Meta. In addition to design leadership coaching, he specializes in the human side of Design Systems & DesignOps – governance, contribution, and adoption models, all while guiding the deep cultural changes needed to ensure long term success of these systems. Nick is our go-to for culture transformation and systems design work.

  • Jessica Murnane - Wellness

    Jessica Murnane is an author, creative consultant, ethnographic interviewer, and Others curriculum facilitator. She has written two books - the cookbook: One Part Plant and women's health book: Know Your Endo. She's a sought-after speaker and host that's spoken at Apple. SXSW, and Wanderlust, among others. Jessica has contributed to/appeared in several magazines and websites including Bon Appétit, Goop, Shape Magazine, The Kitchn, MindBodyGreen, and The Coveteur.

  • Brad Goodwin - Marketing

    Brad’s marketing and copywriting journey began in the hardcore punk scene, where he learned to make his voice heard on his own terms – whether that meant writing, printing, and distributing his own ‘zine or recording music, booking shows, and touring with his band. In the decades since, Brad’s work has fueled the success of many brands. His expertise in marketing mechanics and fluency in human personhood gives his clients a deeply unfair advantage. Brad's voice is a breath of screaming fresh air in the Others story.

  • Jim Howard - Writing

    Jim Howard has been a professional writer since the late Cretaceous, with a long career at Hallmark Cards capped by 20+ years in screenwriting, teaching, marketing, and speechwriting. He has published poems, reviews, and short pieces in New Letters, The Texas Observer, Paragraphs, and other journals, and his produced screenplays include the IFC feature Big Bad Love (2001), the Emmy-nominated Dawn Anna (2005), and the award-winning short film, Smasheroo (2012).
